I understand the appointment and scheduling policies these guys have. However, I was visiting from out of town and decided I’d walk in and see how long the wait was. I was the only one there waiting with two stylists. One was finishing up a haircut and the other was just hanging out on one of the chairs on her phone. About 45 minutes passed and no one had shown up for appointments that were scheduled on the monitor. I asked if they could just fit in a walk in and they said maybe. Seems like the company would prefer taking on more business than just having employees hanging out. Wish someone would have just said it’s not looking good for a walk in today and I didn’t waste 45 min.

They are nice enough and I get good haircuts, when I can get in. But it has become so difficult to to even get in anymore. They are closed for almost half the week and then when they are open it’s only for a few hours. I try to check in online within 13 minutes of them opening today and they were already fully booked. Everything seems like a rush job and they never have enough employees. No one should have to try this hard to give someone their business. And I am done trying

HORRIBLE customer service. Scheduled an appointment online, showed up and checked in and told them I would be just outside the door so I wouldn't have to wait shoulder to shoulder with all the guys (no seats from covid), half an hour later I went in to ask and they said they "tried" to find me. I was watching from the window the entire time, and like typical millennial attitude they did not care at all. I will not waste my time with this establishment ever again.
